Day out with Cousin Ben and Ching(y)

Was late for breakfast this morning thanks to well… me and the human-jam in the LRT station!

Arrived at 0937 in KDU. Met up with Benette and Chingy Ching Ching.

[Ben's baby boy, Ching, he’s cool… y’know, decent-looking-nice-guy, funny, has this thing for disabled people (he’s fascinated by ‘em) and thought this handless-and-legless dude who managed to light a match was super cool!]

Anywho, we had breakfast in the campus cafeteria. He paid for breakfast. So paiseh eh but they insisted so I graciously accepted. “Thanks you horr.” *nod and grin*

After breakfast, we went to enquire ‘bout my H&T course. Jeremy, the education counselor is this soft-spoken guy who is indeed very informative. A neat fact ‘bout Jeremy: He has training in writing words backwards (towards you, if he’s sitting directly opposite you). Considered neat larr his backwards writing. Even he-himself IS proud of this skill he has acquired when prompted ‘bout it.) Cool in’it? Heh.

After gathering all the information I needed, the three of us headed to Ching’s place to grab his car to teman Ben to her potential driving school. Sadly, when we got there, everyone seems to have left the building for “lunch” at like ELEVEN O’CLOCK?! Haha… There were only two men inside; one was sewing vests and jackets the other one was busy yelling (more like barking really) at the person on the other side of the line. Tsk tsk tsk… And then Ben and I went on to making it a joke saying like imagine if this man were to be our father and he’s barking at us at the top of his voice liddat only because we didn’t throw the trash out last night or some some—ahahahhahahaha, gosh!

So anywho, we waited a few then entually decided to head home. Guess Benny is gonna havta return there again real soon. [Oh and all the BEST to you babe throughout your experience in obtaining that big ol’ ‘P’! Hehehe…]

To kill a li’l more time, we chilled in Ching’s room. …until he had to go for class while Benny and I head for North Point. [Just have to say, Ben and Ching are like super fun to hang with. Can't thank them enough for babysitting me and taking time off their schedule to have breakfast with me.]

Arrived in North Point at about half past noon. Basically acted like nothing ‘ny lorr… all ice cool and stuff. Thankfully grandmamma was in a good mood also larr I guess—lucky me—heh!

Hanged in Ben’s room for a bit while she got her stuff organized. And get this, while discussing ‘bout where to have lunch and whatnot, Ben was brushing her teeth! She’s just brushing her teeth… at like ONE in the AFTERNOON! Ahah… I know dentist and adverts always urge us to brush our teeth three times a day, after every meal and yadaa yadaa… but it’s been awhile since I’ve actually done that myself and/or known anyone who literally does it. Interesting~~… here’s proof!

Ben's toothbrush advert!
Try it today! (with funny advert music)

After Benny’s teeth-brushing session, we proceeded to Mid Valley for lunch. Went down with Grandpa in the lift... and realized: Grandpa wears CROCS! Ahaha... How cute!

Maybe I should get him some Jibbitz for his Crocs next Christmas.

Ben and I had Toast Box. Benny ordered this bread with like chicken floss on it. =)

Ben and her Chicken Floss bread.

Ru and Ben's Chicken Floss bread.

And... "drum roll please"...
Introducing: THE Chicken Floss bread
...by itself. Haha...

So okay, after lunch, we did a li'l shoppin' before proceeding to Taylor's College of H&T.
While shopping... We found:

3.90 Oral-Me, baby!

Hahahahahahahahahaha... Goodness, that sounds sooooooooo wrong!

A spoof of Oral-B perhaps? But then again... Oral-Me????? Oh come on! What were they thinking? I can just imagine a scene where a mom and her son are like shoppin' for hygiene products and the mom goes:

Mom: Ah boy, what else would ju like?
Son : Oh Oral-Me mommy! Oral-Me!!

Ahah! Oh gawd!

Foooosh! O-kay, 'nuff 'bout orals.
The ride there (in the commuter) was fun and like didn't seem THAT long. Maybe cause I had Benny next to me, talking to me and keeping me company. In a way, I felt safe. It was so sweet of her to accompany me to Taylor's and like take time off from her day and spend it with me.
And then right, cause she didn't get a return ticket earlier so she had to buy another one for the return trip and when I heard her speak Malay to the KTM dude selling tickets, was like damn funny sial!

Ben: (Asking Ru) Where are we going again?
Ru: Um, Mid Valley.
After she got her ticket...
Ben to the KTM dude: (In a very amusing-foreign-accent) Kalau saya beli sekarang, boleh guna... later, right?
Ru: Omg... Ben, your BM is...
Ben: Aik, shaddub!
Both of us burst out into laughter while the KTM dude (who apparently didn't think it was very funny) was like stoning at the both of us
—ahahahha...

'Nywho, Got in (Taylor's H&T building)—got all the information I needed from the education counselor, Joan Toan and got outta there.
Haha, even Ben exclaimed, “Huh? That’s it? So fast!”

We were all clammy and literally covered with sweat (eew-wy!) in the KTM station while waiting for the oh-so-not-punctual-train to arrive. …and Ben was tempting me with an invitation to the pool and a bikini was even on the line—haha! But as enticing as the offer was (considering it was friggin’ hot) I had to reluctantly decline her offer cause I didn’t want to get caught up in the human-jam home later.

We made our way home separately (from KL Central)… {hug, hug, kiss, kiss}
Went home with Jordin Sparks’ Tattoo plugged on.

Got home, sat in front of the fan which was spinning at its top speed and like stoned there until I was completely cooled off. (I know, not good to sit in front of the fan liddat. Foong sap and whatnot right? But I was super hot, ‘kay?) And when I was no longer sweaty, I went to lie on the bed and naturally, I fell asleep.

[Thanks again you guys! Kisses!]
